無線傳輸氣体發生測量儀 / ANKOM Wireless Gas Production Measurement

The ANKOM^RFGas Production System provides an easy to use method for monitoring gas production. ANKOM 氣體發生測量系統, 它提供了一個容易使用的模組, 來監測並顯示微生物自然發酵時所產生的氣体.

The system consists of sample jars, RF pressure sensor modules, computer interface receiver/contributor and operational software that can be used with any PC using a Windows XP or Vista based operating system. Samples and microbial inoculum are placed in jars, the RF sensor module is attached and the jar placed in an incubator. The pressure of each jar can be measured at users selected time intervals. Pressure measurements are recorded on a standard Excel spreadsheet and gas production curves can be generated. Recently the system has been used for VDI 4630 - Fermentation of organic materials - Characterisation of the substrate, sampling, collection of material data, fermentation tests and DIN 38414-S8 Fermentations tests (GB21) - Method for examination of the biodegradability of a substance.

Low Cost Entry Starter Kit.

Starter Kit includes: Five gas production modules (with sample jars), an atmospheric remote, system software, and a receiver/contributor with USB cable. NOTE: We are implementing a new and improved design that uses a #45 thread poly-coated laboratory safety bottle. This design provides greater flexibility on jar sizes (250ml, 500ml, 1000ml), better sealing and easier open and close.
