金/氧化鋁電容式微量濕度感應器技術 Trace Sensor Technology Our planar capacitive gold/aluminum oxide sensors is the technology of choice for dew point temperatures below 0ºC in gases and non-conductive liquids. Sensor elements are created on ceramic substrates elements are composed of porous, thin-film aluminum oxide dielectrics with high-purity aluminum bases and thin deposited gold films as the capacitor plates (see illustration above). The moisture of the process fluid equilibrates rapidly with the porous aluminum oxide. The moisture content is reflected in the capacitance of the sensor. |
