Flexible mounting
Some OEM customers use the same compressor for different kinds of
equipment, Consequently, the compressors must be designed for
multiple purposes and ways of mounting. This example of an OEM
solution with an OF302 compressor and 4 litre air receiver can be
installed vertical as well as horizontal. The frame has rubber
feet in case it is to be installed on a horizontal surface like
the floor or a shelf in a rack or a cabinet. At the same time, the
frame is designed so that the entire unit may be mounted on a
wall, either in- or outside the machine/instrument for which it
provides compressed air. |

Cabinet
solutions
In addition to our range of standard cabinets, JUN-AIR
also provides customised cabinet solutions for a number of OEM
accounts. In these cases, the cabinets serve a number of purposes
like design, protection, etc. The design of cabinets is often made
in close co-operation with the customers in order for their
equipment or instrument to fit into the cabinet design. In some
cases, JUN-AIR installs compressors in cabinets supplied by the
customer, preparing the cabinets for installation of the customers
equipment. The final installation is either carried out by the
customer or a local JUN-AIR representative. |

Brand
labelling
Many of the customers have chosen to outsource all
aspects of the compressor manufacturing. JUN-AIR has entered
partnerships with a number of accounts for which JUN-AIR
manufactures air compressors under the customers name and label.
In addition to applying the customers' name, etc. to the
compressor, JUN-AIR also paint them in colours, specified by the
customer. The customization not only includes the labelling and
colours. Customer specific packaging as well as documentation
(sales literature, directions for use, service manuals, etc.) is
also made on behalf of some companies. |

Designed
with ease of use in mind
Many of the OEM solutions are designed to be built into
all sorts of machines, instruments, etc. Like other mechanical
product, air compressors require maintenance, and it is of utmost
importance that this is considered during the design process. This
can either be done by placing components that require maintenance
(intake filter element, in line filter elements, etc.) towards
openings for easy access. The same is the case with switches,
valves, etc. which the user must have access to on a regular
basis. The compressor on the photo can easily be taken in and out
of the equipment with ease of use and maintenance in mind. |
