ANSEROS
is developer and manufacturer of components and systems in ozone
technology. The registered trademark (and logo) is property of the company Erwin
Nonnenmacher in Gδrtringen/Germany which was founded in 1949. In 1985
Erwin Nonnenmachers son, Dipl. Ing. Klaus Nonnenmacher took over
development, manufacturing and marketing of the ozone devices. To cope
with the increasing demand ANSEROS moved in 1989 to the new Development
& Reaserch Center in Tόbingen. The new capacities increased the
turnover. Today the export rate is at 70%. In 1992 an affiliate, ANSEROS
Inc., in Pleasanton, near San Francisco, California, was founded in the
USA, to extend the service activities. In the USA the trademark is
registered under No. 1732666.

The company name ANSEROS is derived from the Latin anser -
the goose (female/male). The ancient Romans kept geese as "watchdogs" in
the yard of the Capitol in Rome. Thus geese became a synonym for a
strategic defense system. Ozone, the topic of research at ANSEROS, as well
plays an important role in the stratosphere in the defense against the
incoming UV-radiation and in the lower atmosphere ozone serves as a shield
against germs.
The picture of a dynamically flying goose above the
company name thus forms an adequate unit of sense and shape. We chose the
blue of Goethe (Germanys most famous poet), as color for the logo, which
is also the colour of ozone in water at certain concentrations
The ANSEROS GmbH is patentee of international and national
patents in Germany, the U.S. and Japan. ANSEROS is represented by

Detailed application notes are available from ANSEROS for
each application. Furthermore, ANSEROS organizes and attends to seminars
and courses for planning engineers, users and system constructors.
During the last 20 years ANSEROS developed a variety of
ozone measuring instruments with different measurement methods (depending
on the field of application), ozone generators and peripherals for the
ozone technology.
The device names (i.e. Ozomat GM, Peripheral COM, or Pilot
PAP) were choosen to ensure a quick and easy identification. There are
three different groups: Ozomats, Peripherals and Pilots.

Table 2: devices groups; survey
The philosophy and conception of ANSEROS devices allows
all possible combinations. The manufacturer of plants (OEM) can get
readily adjusted system as well as single parts components only.
In the following we'll give a detailed description of
every instrument -group.
The ozone measuring instruments are subdivided into two
classes:
- Devices which measure ozone in gas phase (Figure 2a).
- Devices which measure in aqueous phase (Figure 2b).
Dependent on the measurement -methods and -range, a
special extension is added to the name of the corresponding group, e.g. "
Ozomat MP ".
A detailed survey of the different instruments which are
characterized by a group name with extension and their typical
applications are shown in figures 2a and 2b.

Figure 2b: ANSEROS instruments for measuring ozone in the
water phase
The variety of measuring instruments and accessories has
been developped during the last 20 years - always in close cooperation
with the customer. ANSEROS appreciates all customer ideas and suggestions.
At the ozonisation we consider measurement and controll
devices as interface to the process and the gas and water aggregates as
periphery. Figure 3 shows a schematic ozonisation process.
Figure 3: Ozonisation process
Pilot devices are complete ozonisation systems in a pilot
scale for lab and semi-technical experiments which are meant to lead
("pilot") to large scale production. The pilot devices are professionally
manufactured and meet all relevant standards (VDE, DIN,...) and safety
regulations (e.g. German UVV). They can also be used in the real
production process provided that the performance reaches the requirements.
Thus ANSEROS ozone technology is on the one hand starting
point of large scale production on the other hand it can be used for it.
ANSEROS pilot devices are mounted on frames (skids) and
are ready to use. The size meets the measurements of a EURO-pallet (1200mm
x 800mm).
There are 3 basic models:
While studying the wide range of ANSEROS products, you
will notice that ANSEROS offers a custom-made solution to nearly every
application-profile.
This is a result of a longstanding, intensive cooperation
with our customers.
We hope to learn also about your individual demands and to
find a perfect solution for you. |
